The Peak Performance Training Program is designed to help athletes (golfers; baseball, basketball, football, and tennis players)  business persons, theater performers, musicians, and anyone else who is dedicated to performing at the best of their ability.  

 

Peak Performance Training combines neurofeedback and specific mental imagery exercises to help the performer increase their attention, concentration, focus, confidence and mental stamina.  The performer will be able to handle stress better, decrease performance anxiety, think more positively, block out distractions and negative thinking, and overall, perform at their optimal level.

 

The program begins with an in-depth discussion of your specific ability, how you perform, and what your performance goals are.  Once this is completed, an individualized program is designed to help you achieve your goals.  At this point, neurofeedback is introduced and your ability to concentrate, hold attention and focus is taken to the next level. 

 

Through weekly, one hour appointments, you will be training your brain and body to function as one, to be in better harmony with each other, and to better prepare for performances.
